Will your post get an AI label?
See the Content Credentials, AI tags and generator names hidden in a video or image, the same data TikTok, Instagram and YouTube read to label posts. Nothing leaves your device.
What it checks
Everything a platform reads before it labels you
C2PA Content Credentials
Signed manifests that ChatGPT, Sora, Adobe Firefly, Google and many cameras attach to files. The checker tells an AI manifest apart from a camera's own.
AI source type (IPTC)
The standard field that says a file is AI generated or partly AI generated. Meta reads it to add its AI info label.
AIGC labels
The implicit AI content label that generators such as Kling, Hailuo and Doubao write under China's labeling rules.
AI tool names
Generators named in EXIF, XMP or video metadata, from OpenAI and Midjourney to Runway, Veo and Pika.
Camera data
Which phone the file says it came from. A file with no camera data at all looks edited or generated.
Who reads it
The labels are automatic
You don't have to tick a box for a post to be labeled. The data inside the file does it for you.
- TikTokLabels content as AI-generated when it carries C2PA Content Credentials.
- Instagram, Facebook, ThreadsAdd an AI info label based on C2PA and IPTC metadata.
- YouTubeReads C2PA to show how a video was made.
- Douyin and other Chinese appsRead AIGC labels written by generators.
How it works
Check, then clean
Drop your files
Add videos or images. They stay on your device; only the metadata is read.
See what platforms see
Every AI label, Content Credential and generator name the file carries, plus whether it has camera data.
Remove them in one tap
Send the file straight to the remover. It comes back clean, re-saved as a real phone capture.
What does the AI label checker look for?
C2PA Content Credentials, the IPTC digital source type that marks a file as AI generated, AIGC labels used by Chinese platforms, the names of AI tools in EXIF, XMP and video metadata, and whether the file carries camera data at all.
Is my file uploaded?
No. The check runs in your browser and reads only the start and end of the file, where metadata lives. Nothing reaches our servers unless you choose to remove the labels afterwards.
Why does a real photo or video show Content Credentials?
Some cameras, phones and editing apps sign their files with C2PA to record where they came from. That alone is not an AI label, but platforms read it, and it ties a repost back to the original file.
Which platforms read these signals?
Instagram, Facebook and Threads read C2PA and IPTC data to add their AI info label, and TikTok reads Content Credentials to label AI-generated content automatically. Chinese platforms such as Douyin read AIGC labels.
Can it see invisible watermarks like SynthID?
No. Watermarks hidden in the pixels are not metadata, so no metadata check can read them. The checker shows what is written into the file itself.
Is the checker free?
Yes, unlimited and without an account. Removing what it finds uses your free removal or credits.
