Privacy Policy

HideSlop processes images and videos you upload so you can remove their AI metadata and fingerprints. This page explains what we collect and why. The short version: your files are deleted within a day, we never train on them, and we only keep what we need to run the service and stop abuse.

Files you upload

• Uploads are stored under random, unlisted URLs and deleted automatically within 24 hours.
• Processed files are deleted 24 hours after processing. Download links stop working at that point.
• We do not look at, share, sell or use your files to train any model.

Account data

• If you create an account we store your email address, and your name and profile picture if you sign in with Google.
• We keep a record of jobs (time, type, credits used and output links) so you can see your history and we can refund failures.
• API keys are stored only as a one-way hash.

IP addresses

The free removal is limited per IP address. We store a salted, one-way hash of your IP for this and for rate limiting, not the address itself. Our sign-in provider records the IP address and browser of each session for security.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. We receive your email, the amount paid and the pack you bought.

Cookies

We use a single first-party session cookie when you sign in. There are no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Service providers

• Vercel, for hosting.
• Cloudflare R2, for temporary file storage. Files upload straight from your browser to it.
• Stripe, for payments.
• Resend, for sign-in emails.
• Google, only if you choose to sign in with Google.
• Our database and processing providers, under confidentiality obligations.

Your choices

You can ask us to export or delete your account and job history at any time by emailing support@hideslop.com. Deleting your account removes any unused credits.
