How do credits work?
An image costs 1 credit and a video costs 10 credits. You are only charged for files that process successfully. If processing fails, credits are returned automatically.
What does a video cost?
Between $0.10 and $0.25 depending on the pack. Bigger packs cost less per video.
Do credits expire?
No. Credits never expire and work across the web app, the REST API and the MCP server.
Is this a subscription?
No. Packs are one-time purchases. Buy another pack whenever you run low.
What is free?
Every IP address gets one free removal, either one video or one image, with no account.
How do I pay?
Checkout is handled by Stripe. Cards are accepted, plus wallets such as Apple Pay and Google Pay where your device supports them. Stripe emails a receipt for every purchase.
What if something goes wrong?
Failed jobs are refunded to your balance automatically. For anything else, email support@hideslop.com and a human will reply.
